About this space
Hello! This is Orint Seongsu, a party room :) As a space built around wine gatherings, everything you need is here — wine glasses, a decanter, an opener, chillers and more. It works just as well for photo shoots, birthdays and plenty else besides! Three minutes' walk from Ttukseom Station Exit 1, Orint Seongsu is a comfortable space for 6 guests as standard and up to 24 at most. The natural light is lovely, so it also works as a location for YouTube, profile, product and online-store shoots :) Wine gathering or not, come and spend private time in a pretty, easy-going space — birthdays, bridal showers, shoots and more! ** One parking space is available. Please ask us about it when you book!
House rules
- ■ Please keep to your check-in and check-out times.
- ■ There are toilets both inside and outside the space.
- ■ Wine and food from the showcase are charged separately.
- ■ Using the Riedel glassware carries an extra charge.
- ■ (Please tell us in advance; ₩100,000 regardless of how many glasses.)
- ■ Please fill used wine glasses with water and gather them to the right of the sink,
- ■ and wash up only plates and cutlery. (Not the wine glasses.)
- ■ Recycling is sorted out on the balcony.
- ■ Strong-smelling food may not be eaten or cooked here. A ₩200,000 cleaning fee applies if it is.
- ■ Use the bags under the sink for food waste. Tie them up and leave them in the sink!
- ■ On your way out, please switch off the lights and air conditioning and close the outer steel door ⭐️
- ■ Breakages are charged at ₩50,000 for Riedel glassware and ₩10,000 for standard glasses.
- ■ Please let us know if you need a card payment or a cash receipt.
- ■ Damage to items may incur an additional charge.
- ■ CCTV is installed for security and safety — thank you for understanding.

벌써 두번째 이용했습니다 ☺️ 접근성이 좋아서 단체모임에 적합한 공간이에요.
사은회 하는데 이렇게 지하가 아닌곳에 창도 잘 나있고 깔끔하고 모임하기 편한곳 정말 찾기 어려운데 너무 좋았어요. 커틀러리랑 잔도 종류별로 준비되어 있고 기타 결재방식도 편리하고요. 예약관련 따로 문의도 많이 드렸는데 그때마다 빠르고 친절하게 답해주셨어요. 너무 감사합니다! 즐거운시간 잘 보내다 갑니다!!
늘 인원수 많아서 모임장소 찾기 힘들었는데 오린트 성수 공간 너무 넓고 예뻐서 늘 편안하게 즐기다 갑니다~!👏🏻

필요한 만큼 대여할 수 있어 좋습니다. 넓고 창이 커서 전체적인 분위기가 좋습니다. 집기나 잔도 많아서 좋았습니다. 냉장고가 없어 아쉬웠어요.
공간이 예쁘고 여유로워서 모임하기 좋았어요. 화장실도 내부에 있어서 단독으로 사용했어요! 별 백개❤️
어머니 칠순을 맞아 직접 꾸며드리고 싶어서 대관했는데, 결과는 대성공이었습니다! 우선 전체적으로 화이트톤의 깔끔한 인테리어라 제가 준비한 배너와 풍선들이 들뜨지 않고 찰떡처럼 잘 어울렸어요. 공간이 워낙 깨끗하고 군더더기 없어서 어떤 소품을 놓아도 '인생샷'이 나옵니다. 특히 8명 이상 충분히 앉을 수 있는 대형 원목 테이블 덕분에 제가 준비한 케이크와 소품들을 세팅하기 너무 편했어요. 와인 냉장고와 식기류도 잘 갖춰져 있어 직접 준비한 음식과 술을 즐기기에도 부족함이 없었습니다. 무엇보다 프라이빗한 공간이라 가족들끼리만 오붓하게 시간을 보낼 수 있다는 게 가장 큰 장점이에요. 직접 이벤트를 준비하시는 분들께 이만한 '기본 베이스'가 좋은 공간은 없을 것 같습니다. 덕분에 효도 제대로 했네요!
모임 송년회 하기 딱 좋았어요. 통창이라 뷰도 시원하고 햇빛도 잘 들어와요. 여자 8명이 복작거려도 넉넉한 크기의 파티룸이었습니다. 관리자님 연락도 빠르시고 친절하세요!
